The Neerings team is awesome. The communication is fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. I emailed them with needed repair and they showed up the following day. No surprise billing. What they quoted was the exact cost of the repair.

Don't you just hate it when your water heater won't light? I called the Neering team and got such professional treatment. The receptionist stated that they coulg get right there... today! I got a heads up phone call saying that they were on their way. Santana and Mike showed up and were AWESOME!!! They placed protecters on their shoes and got to work. They quickly resolved the problem as well as gave me a diagnosis as to why it went out. To their boss, I would recommend that Santana and Mike be given "Employee(s) of the month, as well as a huge raise. =) Thank you for being so awesome.

This company is the best Tyson and Jackson were very polite. They were on time. They worked hard. They did an awesome job inside and out and everything that they did they put back in a nice order. They are really good company honest and i recommend this company ! thank you, Tyson and Jackson you guys rock!!!!

We are very pleased we have chosen Neering Plumbing Heating Air & Electrical. It was a very educational for us. Norm was very professional and knowledgeable. This time around we are sure its will be done once and done it right. We highly recommend. Joe and Mike were fantastic, super professional and very knowledgeable as well. They explain their job and show their results all monitored by their equipment. The literally will roll a red carpet for you and cover the working area to it protect your floors. The moment they got the system working and going, we felt relief. A good choice through and through. We are very happy. We highly recommend!

While hosting overnight guests I shattered my toilet while trying to repair its inner workings. Finding a plumber on a weekend isn’t easy and Neerings was the first to offer same-day service. And Jantsen was fantastic! Very professional, efficient, and conscientious. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, which can be very challenging in an older home. Also, he arrived at my home within one hour of my first contact with Neerings. Huge relief!

We needed our shower replaced, as it was in bad shape. Neerings sent Brett and Nainoa over to demo the old shower and put a new one in. They did an absolutely fantastic job! Their work was high in quality, they were highly respectful, and now we have a great shower! We will ask Neerings to come back for all of our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs!

Lost a long time customer today. I received a quote to fix a drinking fountain $1732 for a part that cost under $100. Sounds like Neerings has become too big. The cost of a brand new one just like this costs $400-$700 for reference. Sad they think this is even remotely ok to gouge customers

Had an issue with my Trane smart thermostat. I spoke to Trane’s customer service, but they were unable to resolve the issue. So I called Neerings. They came out in less than two hours after my call and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes (loose screw on the furnace door caused system to shut down… safety feature). I assumed there would be a cost, but Joe, the manager who came on site said no cost. They exceeded my expectation on customer service big time! i’m glad they’re in my corner for my annual HVAC tuneups.
